Gilcrease Orchard

If any expert Photoshop users can help me out I would appreciate any advise you can dish out. I want to figure out how to darken the edges of my photos. As you can see in these two photos of Kennedi I was able to come up with something but I think it truly was half fast. I hope you can understand what I am trying to say.....

On Saturday I dragged the kids to the Gilcrease Orchard hoping to take some pictures in the pumpkin patch. When we arrived I found out the pumpkin patch doesn't open until October 1st. I debated whether or not to turn around but went anyway to check this place out. I think we went on a bad day. It was around a thousand degrees and I was sweeting the entire time. Obviously you can't see me but I looked pretty pathetic. Holding a camera, pushing a double stroller and chasing a toddler. Yes I will be attempting this one more time next week. Wish me better luck!

Karon's Birth Announcement

Before four children I would of had this birth announcement done and already mailed out. However I find life in general very challenging. I had a lot of fun creating this announcement and I think someday Karson will appreciate it too. We Got Our Hand Full

Its rare that I can get all four of the kids to sit for a photo op but yes I got one. As you can see Kaden is having a hard time focusing on the camera and holding his little brother. It looks like Karson's head is going to snap right off. Talk about a neck ache, my neck hurts just looking at him.

12 Days Old

I love just watching this little guy sleep. I just want to eat him up. He is so kissable. Just look at this little face. Heeeeeeeeeee is so sweet. We are just loving every minute. I think we will keep him around for awhile. He is my newest model so get ready to see lots of pictures of him. I'm obssessed.. I'm the crazy lady that follows my kids around the house to take pictures. The oldest kids hide, Kennedi gives me funny faces and Karson just lays there.

My 2 Boys

Kaden is just so excited to say he has a new little brother. When he found out we were expecting another baby, all he kept saying was "I hope its a baby boy." He was elated when we found out it was in deed a boy. Now he doesn't feel out numbered. I see the age difference and you never know if they will be close or ever have anything in common but I am extremely close to my sister and she is eight years older than me. I'm sure it was challenging for my sister when I was younger because I would bug her and he friends but it was until I was a teenager that we really started to develop a close bond. I hope that Kaden and Karson will share that same bond. Kaden loves to hold Karson but the second he senses there is a diaper to be changed or he sees spit up he is quick to hand the baby over to me. I guess that bond has developed yet. I can't imagine why he wouldn't want to change a poopy butt!!!!

Karson 10 Days old

This is my first picture of Karson with his eyes open. Are wake periods are short lived and by the time I can usually get my camera he is fast asleep.
Kennedi just loves her little brother. She is so gentle with him and she loves to kiss him all over. She is very fascinated with his pacifier and bottles. She never took to a pacifier when she was a baby but now she loves to share with her brother.

Centennial Park

We finally made it over to Centennial Park. What a nice park!!! It was interesting trying to chase an eighteen month old and watch over a stroller with a newborn inside. Kennedi had a blast. She played in the water and loved the swing. She did not like walking in the sand so she made sure to stay clear of that area. We made a couple new friends so we will have to make sure we meet up with them again.
